I’ve always loved a good workout, but with being a stay at home mom I thought I would have to give up my love for going to the gym. I’ve found a way to bring the gym home! I’ll be sharing daily at home workouts that you can do with little to no equipment, and get it all in while you’re precious little one sleeps.

4 Dumbbell Step Up Overs
A devil press is BASICALLY a burpee with dumbbells in your hands. You do a push up with hands on the dumbbells, jump or step the feet in. Pick the dumbbells up from between the feet with heels down and arms straight (keep the back flat!!). Use the power from the legs and the hips to basically complete a combination KB Swing – clean and jerk – snatch.
